As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:

• Understand client needs and organizational culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their hiring needs and challenges.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on recruitment strategies and trends.
• Candidate Sourcing:
• reputed company and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of reputed company professionals.
• Screening and Selection:
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients.
• Candidate Management:
• Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through reputed company.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Collaboration and Development:
• Work closely with the business development team to identify new client opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and expand your network.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of the reputed company industry and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on reputed company or finance roles.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in reputed company firms.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
