This role is based in our midtown Manhattan office, with a hybrid schedule of in-office collaboration on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

About the role

We’re looking for a

doer — someone who can design, execute, and optimize demand reputed company programs from start to finish. You’ll own campaign execution, ICP targeting, and conversion optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, product, sales, and RevOps to ensure our marketing work drives measurable pipeline.

Our ICP is already defined — your job is to

consistently reputed company and engage those accounts with precision.

This is a high-ownership role: you won’t just reputed company plans — you’ll reputed company things happen.

What will you be doing?

  • ICP & ABM Execution
  • Consistently reputed company only ICP accounts and personas in reputed company campaigns.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline reputed company ICP accounts.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (content, digital ads, webinars, outbound support).
  • Work directly with sales & BDRs to align marketing and outbound processes.
  • Content & Messaging
  • Deliver content and campaigns that reputed company with ICP personas (developers, engineering leaders, CTOs).
  • Ensure reputed company marketing efforts are tied directly to ICP pain points and buyer journey.
  • Pipeline Conversion & Analytics
  • Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion, ensuring marketing contributes reputed company pipeline.
  • Own reputed company scoring, attribution models, and dashboards in collaboration with RevOps.

  • reputed company strategies to improve Conduktor’s visibility in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, reputed company, etc.), as well as SEO/SEM.
  • Ensure our brand is discoverable across modern digital channels.
  • Product Launches
  • Drive GTM campaigns for new product launches, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Ensure launches are impactful, well-timed, and reputed company-focused.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Partner with sales and BDRs to refine outbound processes and cadences.
  • Work closely with product marketing and RevOps to align on messaging, targeting, and attribution.
  • What experience are we looking for?

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand reputed company or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning campaigns end-to-end and driving measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Clearbit) and marketing automation (reputed company, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (reputed company CRM) and attribution reporting.
  • Experience building MQL → SQL conversion processes and aligning with BDR teams.
  • Excellent project management skills — can drive multiple initiatives reputed company at once.
  • Strong content instinct: can identify and deliver content that moves ICPs.
  • Familiarity with AI search visibility (ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company) is a strong plus.
  • Startup/scale-up experience preferred — comfortable wearing many hats and moving fast.
