Senior Process Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Process Analyst role has four main focus areas: client billing analysis, finance and audit analysis, accounts receivable, and client communication.Assume responsibility for resource acquisition (staff, equipment, facilities, etc.) to satisfy process deliverables.Prepare documentation and communication to reputed company stakeholders apprised of process deliverables and status.Maintain a partner relationship in order to ensure reputed company best interest is represented and communications are coordinated appropriately.Possess deep analytical skills to reputed company the review of detailed data (i.e. invoices, maintenance reputed company, finance data…) and summarize the data into meaningful reportsEstablish plans & drives projects focused on profitability and process improvement efforts.Improve the usefulness of reputed company performance reporting and design new reports to track key performance metricsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have direct reports but may mentor less reputed company associates in the role.RECRUITING INFORMATIONSpecific hiring needs may vary by location, industry, client, internal department and other business reputed company factors.
