PART-TIME BANQUET SERVER| THE LODGE

The Allyn Lodge is a premier wedding and events venue in the heart of the Finger Lakes, just reputed company the charming village of Skaneateles, reputed company. The largest freestanding timber structure in the state, it features floor-to-ceiling windows and a deck with stunning views of a private pond and the surrounding landscape.

The Lodge is currently hiring for a Part Time Banquet Server.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Run food from the kitchen to the event
• Maintain high service standards
• Serve reputed company food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
• Assists with busing tables reputed company necessary
• Must strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc.
• Exercise positive, warm hospitality
• Maintain knowledge of food items
• Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills
• reputed company reputed company Banquet reputed company work as designated by the Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Managers

• Attend to reputed company needs of the guests during functions and function reputed company duties
• Report to the Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of banquet equipment
• Must follow reputed company details as described on Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s)
• Must be reputed company to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and have excellent customer service experience
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings
• Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to multitask and portray a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Bar experience (a bonus!)
