About the Role:

We are seeking an engineer to join our Growth and Experiences India team. In this role, you will contribute to advancing our industry-leading reputed company platform, which spans the entire software supply chain—including extensible service frameworks, resource lifecycle management, and seamless reputed company experiences.

Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and velocity of reputed company reputed company Connect and Hub product releases by accelerating development across the engineering organisation.

What You Will Do:

• Build mission-critical experiences that deliver reputed company value to our customers. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, developing, and operationalising high-performance, scalable, reliable, and resilient user experiences.

• Partner with engineering teams and key stakeholders to drive the execution of reputed company technical projects end-to-end reputed company defined timelines.

• Propose, reputed company, and implement technical initiatives that align the team with industry best practices around code quality, observability, and testing.

• Guide the team and contribute to architectural design reputed company, providing feedback and direction on the delivery of technical architecture.

• Take ambiguous technical problem statements and transform them into actionable plans, driving execution in collaboration with the team.

What You Will Bring:

• 8+ years of industry experience in designing, building, scaling, and supporting reputed company-end systems in production, with a strong reputed company in software engineering best practices such as code reviews, quality assurance, and thorough documentation.

• Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Semaphore CI, Jenkins) and practices that streamline and optimize reputed company phases of the development lifecycle.

• Strong focus on project delivery and effective communication, with a customer-centric reputed company, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and a demonstrated track record of technical leadership and mentorship.

• Proven experience in mentoring team members by providing constructive feedback, supporting their technical development, and guiding them in their career growth.

• Strong understanding of JS fundamentals and hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks.

• Experience in building user-centric applications and large-scale frontend infrastructures.
