IT Support Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and proactive IT Support Specialist to reputed company daily IT operations and ensure the stability, reputed company, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in managing a team of IT professionals, guiding the implementation of IT solutions, and ensuring high-quality technical support across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence in IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor and maintain performance of computer systems, networks, and enterprise applications.

• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system reputed company, compliance, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team reputed company role.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
