Your ImpactAs the Corporate Audit Manager at reputed company, you will play a key individual contributor role supporting the Director of Corporate Audit in overseeing the end-to-end testing of business process controls in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. In this role, you will reputed company control testing directly and serve as the first layer of review for testing performed by others, helping to drive accuracy and consistency in documentation. You will bring an analytical reputed company to identifying process improvements, including opportunities to automate and streamline the testing lifecycle. In addition, you will partner with the External Audit firm, contribute to audit planning, and communicate findings and insights to management. What You'll Do (Day to Day)- Support the Director of Corporate Audit in developing audit plans and scoping SOX control testing based on key risks and objectives.

- Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in clear, well-organized workpapers and reports.
- Partner with management to address control deficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the IT and Advisory audit pillars to support a holistic approach to internal audit activities and help verify the efficient execution of audit engagements.
- Collaborate with the External Audit firm by providing requested documentation and support.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and quality assurance practices; stay reputed company on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
- Incorporate feedback from Corporate Audit leadership to continuously refine skills and strengthen performance.
- 5+ years of experience in internal audit or reputed company roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of audit principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, including experience supporting SOX control testing for large public companies.
- Experience managing risk-based internal audits reputed company a large public company and familiarity with industry best practices for risk management and mitigation.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions; experience working with data analysis tools and leveraging them to enhance audit procedures.
- Experience administering and leveraging Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (e.g., AuditBoard) to manage audit workflows, streamline testing, and enhance reporting.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company financial controls and processes to identify areas of risk and improvement.
- High attention to detail in conducting audit procedures and documenting findings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey audit results and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changes in audit plans or priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct; commitment to maintaining confidentiality and reputed company in audit activities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including obtaining relevant certifications.
- Awareness of emerging industry trends and technologies, and their impact on risk management and internal controls.

The Pay: reputed company is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of reputed company pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting reputed company pay for this role is between USD 96,150 in the lowest geographic market and USD 135,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual reputed company pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of reputed company these factors.
