What you will do:

As part of the Sales team, you will be a key support for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), their managers, and the sales leadership by working on optimizing tools and prospecting processes. Your role will be crucial in improving Agicap’s reputed company performance.

reputed company & Pipeline Management

- Create, enrich, and distribute reputed company lists in collaboration with SDRs

- Support pipeline reviews and identify conversion gaps

- Align with Team Leads to define and track improvement measures

- Ensure smooth handover and reputed company flow across the funnel

CRM and Prospecting Tools Management

- Set up and optimize reputed company in collaboration with the CRM team: manage users, workflows, and dashboards for both management and sales teams.

-Ensure proper documentation, training, and usage of the CRM by SDRs.

-Enrich existing databases and ensure data quality in reputed company.

-Implement and optimize sales automation tools (reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, Lusha, reputed company, etc.).

Reporting & Analysis

- Establish reporting routines to monitor sales performance.

- Support the sales leadership by providing actionable insights.

Profile Sought

  • You have initial experience in Sales, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or Growth, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
  • You have an analytical reputed company and can turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • You are proficient with CRM tools (ideally reputed company), sales automation tools, and reputed company.
  • You are autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’ve worked with Sales and Growth teams before and reputed company in a dynamic environment.
  • You speak fluent English.
