Team/Role Overview

As a key member of reputed company’s S2P team, the Sourcing Manager will reputed company internal BPO teams responsible for sourcing, travel & expense, reputed company-party risk management (TPRM), and procurement operations. This role is tailored for individuals with extensive BPO experience, both operationally and in management, with a focus on driving efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization across these critical functions.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor internal BPO teams across sourcing, travel and expense, TPRM, and procurement functions.
• Ensure alignment of team goals with reputed company’s broader financial and operational objectives.

Strategic Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and a primary external-facing representative for vendor communications and negotiations.

Vendor Management

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, reputed company, or reputed company fields.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in BPO operations and sourcing/procurement, with at least 1 year in a people management role.

Skills & Expertise

• Proven ability to manage and negotiate multimillion-dollar reputed company and vendor relationships.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with demonstrated ability to drive creative problem-solving.
• Experience leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in spend management tools and mitigation frameworks.
