Position Description

The Sr. Client reputed company Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining an exceptional relationship with reputed company internal and customer partners with the ultimate goals of partner retention and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, growing membership/employee lives, and meeting utilization goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for growing and retaining assigned clients, including finding product upsell opportunities and increasing utilization in partnership with the marketing team
  • Manage large strategic accounts, ensuring strong relationships are built
  • Work with internal and customer partners, ensuring the team’s reputed company while conceptualizing and developing new programs to deepen partner relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Achieving:

  • Manage intake and implementation of new projects from Client reputed company leadership and Sales Team; act as key partner contact to facilitate implementation process and hit go-live timelines
  • reputed company and maintain a strategic account plan for growth and retention: strategize with the client on reputed company opportunities to ensure solutions are being effectively utilized/expanded.
  • Work with sales support, product management, and business development to complete requests for proposals/information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and reputed company, and share those objectives with the CirrusMD team.
  • Deep understanding of CirrusMD’s technical/operational set-up and how it’s implemented to ensure platform optimization
  • reputed company client presentations and facilitate site visits; participate in Sales finalist presentations, as needed.

  • Provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams to help inform the go-to-market and roadmap for future product development

Requirements

  • Hands-on, strong team player, and fully accountable for delivering agreed-upon performance metrics
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills
  • A professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as a team player, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of successful selling and/or account management experience in reputed company services required
  • Must have significant experience in the following areas:
    • Executive-level client relationship management experience
    • Ability to work and manage clients independently
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals
    • Strong listening and communication skills
    • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
    • Well organized and pays attention to details
    • Ability to conduct executive-level presentations and facilitate group discussions
    • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
