About the Role

We’re looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team! As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll deliver world-class technology support to everyone at reputed company with a focus on exceptional service. You will provide technical support in person, over the phone, reputed company, and email for computer software, hardware, and network issues in order to maintain efficient business operations.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company research and troubleshoot issues reputed company to software, end-user computers (both Windows and MacOS based), as well as cloud hosted services and systems

• Training staff on new technology and assisting with deployment
• Solicit feedback from users and leadership in order to identify opportunities to improve service levels and satisfaction
• Support in-office and remote users with a variety of technology and software solutions

• 3+ years of technical support experience
• Ability to work in office 5 days a week, on a rotating nights and weekends schedule
• Experience troubleshooting common reputed company and reputed company platform software
• Strong problem solver who takes ownership over resolution
• Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
• Friendly, concise, and professional communication
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced startup environment
• Flexible schedule (possible evenings, weekends, on-call, or overtime) 

This role is NOT remote, but rather a Hybrid

Salary

• Compensation Range: $21.15 per hour - $26.44 per hour
• 25% annual bonus reputed company, paid quarterly 
• Equity stock options package
• This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
