The GoFollow Nurse supports in-center providers in delivery of patient care by managing clinical laboratory and radiology results, answers incoming calls from patients/customers and conducts reputed company to patients to reputed company details on patient visit and changes to result management. Responsible for answering inquiries and questions, handles complaints, troubleshoots problems and provides information for patients/customers, and escalating cases to GoFollow APPs that require medication management changes. Education

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.

• Responsible for review and managing patient results for various labs and imaging.

• Responsible for escalating cases to GoFollow APPs that require medication management changes.

• Responsible for relaying results and care plan to patients, explaining results and answer questions from patients
• Respond to escalated questions and concerns as needed.
• Respond to patient inquiries both telephonically and by email regarding patient visit and follow up.
