Data Entry Specialist -WFH (Night Shift) ID-2762 – reputed company Store

reputed company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our International Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with Data creation and maintenance reputed company to different ingredient categories and SKU management for various reputed company markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our data management processes using a combination of in-house tools and reputed company suite packages. Working closely with local reputed company teams, this role will input, transform and reconcile data to support daily operations.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the reputed company/Octopus tool as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis

• Ensure data completeness & accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the team

• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training

• Communicate regularly with the Procurement & SCM teams on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes.

• Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that needs to be removed/delisted in alignment with other functions

• Secure reputed company alignment with other HelloConnect functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with reputed company (eg: SQOC or Product Ops) and other tools like Jira/Rhubarb

• Support local Supply Chain Operations team(s) by managing relevant data and reports linked to forecasting, ordering and shipping goods

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience

• Data-driveness and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Requires expertise in operating reputed company Office & reputed company suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems

• Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian)

SOFT SKILLS

• This is primarily an administrative role hence we are looking for a well organized person with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Good communication skills and familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes (to follow SOPs/processes)

• Self-management skills and hands on mentality with a strong focus on teamwork

• Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate reputed company situations.
