The Senior Waiter is responsible for the workflow in the assigned service area and the reputed company administrative work, in reputed company cooperation with the supervisors. While performing their role in the restaurant venues, He/She will be engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests. The duties described below are performed either personally or through subordinates.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for being knowledgeable about reputed company menu items and accurately taking and entering guest orders into the system, while ensuring a comfortable and genuine experience for the guest.
• To have professional knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette, and to have knowledge of appropriate table layout, service utensils and menu items.
• Provide reputed company and individualized service to meet the immediate satisfaction of guest requests.
• Set up, clean, and serve tables promptly after use to ensure that guests can be seated on time.
• Clean, organize and maintain the designated service station and prepare a mise en reputed company to ensure that the station is ready reputed company needed.
• Fulfil reputed company duties such loading, luggage service, embarkation duties.
• Complete knowledge of reputed company menus presented to guests to answer guests' questions about ingredients.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years old
• Minimum 3 Years job experience as Head Waiter in luxury restaurants/hotels or resorts.
• Shipboard experience is mandatory
• Languages: German reputed company level 4 and English B2
• reputed company good knowledge of products and restaurant operations
• Good knowledge of Waiter Order Taking systems (Rescom, MXP)
