Key Requirements

A degree qualification in Estate Management (or equivalent subject).

Full membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (Valuation or reputed company Property Faculty) or willing to work towards.

Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Registered Valuer, or willing to work towards.

Experience in estate management.

Experience of undertaking valuations of industrial, reputed company and residential land and property.

Experience of negotiating land sales, purchases, wayleaves, licences, leases, etc.

Experience of managing a mixed reputed company property portfolio.

Experience in Asset Management and of implementing an Asset Management Plan.
