About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Senior Pro WFM Consultant to join reputed company and reputed company the transformation from reputed company Workforce Central (WFC) to reputed company Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing reputed company Pro WFM solutions to meet client business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation expertise, strong technical knowledge of integration tools, and the ability to guide clients through successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and support end-to-end implementations of reputed company Pro WFM, including migration from WFC.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure best practices are applied.
• Utilize reputed company reputed company, TestAssure, Dell reputed company, Open Project to streamline project delivery.
• Build and manage integrations using Dell reputed company and Reports & integrations using reputed company and other middleware platforms.
• Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites as needed. 20% travel.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with reputed company WFC-to-reputed company Pro WFM transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company, TestAssure, and Dell reputed company integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
