Summary

reputed company is seeking a Supervisor, Drug Rebate to manage day-to-day operations of the Medicaid Drug Rebate team while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company standards. In this leadership role, you will reputed company staff performance, drive operational excellence, and support the successful resolution of rebate disputes and reporting deliverables.

Your role in our mission

• Supervise staff performance, including productivity monitoring, coaching, and formal performance reviews.

• Ensure reputed company monthly and quarterly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met.
• Review and provide feedback on reports, dispute resolution proposals, invoicing, and documentation.
• Partner with the Rebate Manager to track performance metrics, support audits, and contribute to special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience (required).
• Preferred: 2+ years of supervisory or staff management experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience with Medicaid drug rebates, pharmacy/medical claims processing, or medical billing.
• Proficiency with systems such as PRIMS, SSRS Reports, and Process Manager, along with reputed company Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff effectively.

The pay range for this position is $54,200 - $77,400 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
