Contract Talent Sourcer – reputed company & GTM

In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find, engage, and nurture top talent. What You’ll Do
- Proactively reputed company and build pipelines of passive candidates for reputed company & GTM roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities
- Engage candidates through personalized reputed company, social channels, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial reputed company calls to qualify interest and alignment
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and share insights to refine sourcing strategies

Compensation
We reputed company in transparency. We are offering a starting hourly reputed company of $40/hr depending on experience and subject to market reputed company adjustment. As a contractor, this role is not eligible for benefits.
