ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role is pivotal in shaping the future of Finisterre’s bricks-and-mortar reputed company. You’ll take ownership of delivering a consistent, retail experience while driving operational excellence and maximising store performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute a multi-year retail growth strategy to double our store footprint.

• Use actionable insights and data to optimise store performance and inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with leadership peers across marketing, e-commerce and merchandising to create an integrated customer experience

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE

• We’re looking for a visionary retail leader who’s passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving growth. You’ll bring: 10+ years’ experience in senior retail leadership, ideally reputed company a lifestyle, outdoor, or premium apparel brand

• A proven track record of delivering significant growth, improving store performance, and leading retail expansion
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach, and reputed company high-performing teams
• Excellent influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and present at board level
