Computer Engineering Intern - Montek System

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and verification of digital systems using VHDL.
• Run simulations, testbenches, and debug designs using ModelSim (or equivalent simulators).
• Support FPGA-based prototyping and hardware bring-up activities.
• Document design processes, simulation results, and project findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate functionality and optimize performance.
• Research and experiment with new tools, methods, and workflows to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Knowledge of HDL programming (VHDL, Verilog a plus).
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as ModelSim, Vivado, or Quartus.
• Understanding of digital logic design, state machines, and timing analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (reputed company to Have)

• Experience with FPGA development boards.
• Exposure to scripting languages (Python, TCL, Bash).
• Knowledge of system-level design or embedded systems.
