Job Summary

As a Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that reputed company is equipped to handle a high volume of contacts while maintaining our high standards of service. You'll also work closely with our Operational Managers to drive business results and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
