Senior Digital Experience Technical Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Digital Experience Technical Specialist is responsible for managing the Digital Bank’s client facing technology platforms. This role leverages technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to reputed company improvements across digital account opening and online banking platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Co-reputed company and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in line with the overall business goals Collaborate with the OLB tech reputed company Technical SME of the Bank's digital experience technology for efficiency and effectiveness on digital account opening and online banking Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to our digital platforms Provide technical support to business partners on questions and challenges reputed company to the digital platforms reputed company and maintain technical documentation for internal employees to follow for our digital platforms Suggest and implement improvements to the digital platforms Work with internal stakeholders for feature requests and business requirements Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and evaluate their potential impact on the Bank's digital experience Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking reputed company other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; Equivalent education and reputed company training required 2+ years of experience in technology with experience in financial services Solid background in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Frameworks Experience in Python is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at reputed company levels of the Bank Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented Adaptable and reputed company to multitask in a fast-paced environment Can work independently and reputed company a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach The pay range for this position is below. The specific reputed company will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $110,000 (entry level qualifications) to $145,000 (highly reputed company).
