About the Role: Technical Support Advisor

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in reducing buybacks, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will work closely with dealerships and our internal teams to provide technical assistance, fixed operations consultation, and expert guidance to dealer personnel, fleet, and commercial customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in motivating and leading dealer service personnel to higher levels of service and parts performance, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to dealer personnel, fleet, and commercial customers reputed company phone and in-dealership support
• Work with STAR escalations - high buyback risk vehicles as identified by the Service Triage Agents
• Represent our organization as a subject matter expert (litigation/buybacks) and provide support for reputed company.G. / engineering
• Conduct recall and Required Service Updates (RSU) follow-up and reduction, and function as a quality feedback liaison
• Provide dealership consultation on various topics, including service and parts performance, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical developments, and best practices to continuously improve our services and solutions
