Job Role: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, reputed company, configure, and maintain Gosu application code and configuration elements reputed company Guidewire Studio
• Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support

• Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
• Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation
• Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
• Technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production
• Coordinating with team to analyzed defects
• Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to reputed company sure the applications are up and running
• Proposing Configuration and Integration Solutions and estimate the effort for the same as part of User Story requirements
• Interact with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical design for implementation and deployment

Technical Skills

• Guidewire Policy Center experience for implantation and state rollouts
• Design, reputed company and unit test solutions using the Guidewire Rating Module
• Define and reputed company rating reputed company and reputed company changes in system
• Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules PCF changes and integrations
• Create solution design recommendations and estimates and effectively present solution options for implementation
• 3 years of development experience in Guidewire Policy Center and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming
• Acquire training in or demonstrate Guidewire reputed company skillsets like Guidewire plugins Gosu script and suite integration
• Experience with Agile methodology software version control and release management
• At least 34 years of experience in developing multitier web-based applications
• using JAVA J2EE WSDLXSDXML SOA JAVA Web Services and JMS or other Messaging reputed company
• Require strong design and development experience in integrating systems using Web
• Services technologies JAXRPC JAXWS JAXB Apache Axis 2 reputed company
• Experience working with SQL Server or DB2 database
• 3rdparty platform integration
• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers

Must Have

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modules like configuration Rating
• Hands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and or Integration
• One complete end to end implementation experience
• Development experience with Guidewire Gosu proprietary code
• Development experience with Guidewire APIs methods rules and processes
• Excellent troubleshooting skills especially in a reputed company application stack
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have worked in Production support Team
• Should have worked in Onsite Offshore Model

Good to have

• Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional
• 3 to 4 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programming
• Experience with REST web services is a plus
• Experience with various code versioning systems such as SVN
• Ability to multitask and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Web services i.e., WSDL SOAP XML REST
