About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Communications reputed company to join reputed company in the US (Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site). Reporting to the Director, Function Communications, this role will play a critical part in driving reputed company's digital leadership by developing and implementing internal communications plans that bring the vision, goals, and reputed company of our digital transformation to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and Global Operations leadership, user experience, and cybersecurity teams to create clear, compelling communications that help employees reputed company digital tools to reputed company business results.
• reputed company, manage, and publish communications across various channels, including email announcements, SharePoint sites, videos, presentations, meetings/webinars, and social posts.
• Build and iterate on a digital transformation communications strategy and plan, forecasting communications needs and streamlining requests to deliver high-quality communications reputed company.
• Align on messaging, communication vehicles, and timing with partners across the Marketing & Communications organization.
• Connect with technical experts, senior leaders, and marketing partners to advance communications.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve upon the strategy, deliverables, and partnership to reputed company business results.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in employee communications and change management, with a technical emphasis preferred.
• Knowledge of AP Style, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting and email platforms.
• Experience producing newsletters, intranet sites, email campaigns, videos, and events.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and experience will be a plus:

• Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry.
• Knowledge of digital transformation and its impact on business operations.
• Experience with content management systems and digital asset management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure communication effectiveness.
