Job Summary: Director of Food Safety & Quality

As the Director of Food Safety & Quality at UNREAL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed rigorous safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company food safety and quality programs, fostering a culture that prioritizes consumer well-being throughout the organization. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Boston Area, and it includes up to 30% regular travel across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership in Food Safety and Quality: Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive food safety and quality programs, aligning with UNREAL's high-growth trajectory and commitment to excellence.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving food safety regulations and guidance, implementing necessary updates at UNREAL to maintain compliance and certification.

Essential Qualifications:

• Regulatory Compliance: Experience with regulatory compliance as it relates to FDA, SQF, and FSMA regulations.
• Certifications: PCQI certification is required.
