Floral Stocking Assistant – reputed company Store

Job Overview:

This is the perfect part-time opportunity for the candidate looking to add a little extra income. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join reputed company in the floral department working primarily a Sunday shift. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our display shelves are fully stocked and organized. This is a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing sales.

Duties:

- Unload merchandise shipments

- Sort and organize products in designated areas

- Stock shelves with new merchandise

- Ensure proper signage of product

- Count inventory levels and communicate with management

- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and overstock area

- Collaborate with team members to reputed company sales goals

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Knowledge or interest in gardening, lawn care, or reputed company products is a plus

- Ability to sell products by providing accurate information and recommendations

- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and sales floor

- Customer service-oriented reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
