Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop our store, and finding what they need. You will also be responsible for completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience for reputed company customers. As an Early Morning and Overnight Stocking Associate, you will work closely with our store team to reputed company our brand promises and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store and find what they need
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• reputed company customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes and reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production and reputed company other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching, with the ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and respectful attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Knowledge of merchandising and visual displays
• Experience with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Ability to speak multiple languages
