Job Summary
As a Seasonal Program Staff member at Ponderosa Lodge, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading daily reputed company-camp program activities and team competitions for junior high and high school campers. You will work closely with the PL Program Coordinator and the PL Leadership Team to ensure that reputed company programs are holistic and reputed company set objectives. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires a strong commitment to our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
* In coordination with the PL Program Coordinator, help with reputed company-camp program activities and team competitions for both junior high and high school campers, ensuring that reputed company programs are holistic and accomplishing set objectives.
- Meet daily with the PL Leadership Team and supervisor to discuss program plans, reputed company, and challenges.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the PL Program Coordinator, such as leading small groups, facilitating team-building activities, and providing support to campers and staff.
- Supervise summer staff members in your area, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in youth ministry, leadership development, and program planning.
Qualifications
* Some college experience preferred, with a degree in a relevant field such as youth ministry, education, or a reputed company field.
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified and have a reputed company valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience and leadership in youth programming with a strong background in ministry leadership.
- Specific experience coordinating youth programs, games, and activities.
- Leadership experience with junior high, high school, and college-aged reputed company.
- Prior experience in camping ministry, having served in various roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Attention to detail and follow-through, creative, flexible, and able to adjust to challenges of the program.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of reputed company ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Must be at least 18 years of age due to the requirement for onsite community living.
