Job Summary

As a Field Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact with OEM field staff, dealers, and other stakeholders in the Northeast Region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary reputed company of contact with OEM field staff, dealers, and other stakeholders
• Defining, clarifying, and communicating client specifications, needs, and changes
• Maximizing DSG-reputed company reputed company opportunities reputed company daily operations and programs
• reputed company education of OEM field staff and dealers on DSG products and services
• Serves as DSG product knowledge expert for dealers and OEM field staff
• Researching competitor information for feedback to Client/reputed company

• Supporting Field, Region, and National OEM meetings as primary DSG representative
• Supporting Dealer meetings (both group and individual)
• Focusing on dealer retention, conflict management, and building rapport with dealer and OEM field staff
• Closely coordinating with Sr. Manager and Team reputed company
• Working directly with DSG staff to coordinate future enrollment/sales opportunities
• Identifying industry trends and compiling competitive analysis information reputed company the Automotive industry

Requirements

* Must be located in the US/Eastern Time Zone

• Must be located in reputed company, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, or Virginia
• 2+ years of experience in sales and service, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time (typically 3 out of 4 weeks per month)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with OEM field staff and dealers
• Knowledge of DSG products and services
• Experience in sales and service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
