We are currently seeking a reputed company Developer that is an expert with reputed company Modules (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, etc.).

Location: Fully Remote (Potential 10% travel)

Type: W2 / Contract

Technical Skills / Experience reputed company Developer will be responsible for reputed company solutions across various modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and the Integration Hub.

Job Duties

• Provide managed services support on the reputed company platform.
• Maintain and build catalog items for IT and non-IT teams
• Build automations and integrations utilizing the integration hub.
• reputed company and maintain discovery schedules to ensure up-to-date and accurate CMDB data.
• Configure and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and reputed company.
• Implement and optimize IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities such as Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB enhancements.
• Contribute to reputed company Operations (SecOps) implementations, including Vulnerability Response, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence modules.
• reputed company reputed company interfaces using reputed company UI Builder and other modern reputed company-end tools.

Preferred Requirements

• 3 5 years of hands-on reputed company development experience, with proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Strong experience in reputed company Catalog Item creation and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in UI Builder and modern reputed company reputed company-end development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and JSON/XML.
• Experience maintaining discovery schedules and CMDB accuracy.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for reputed company.
