Job Description
As a Service Desk Technician - T1, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving their IT issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound support calls and monitor online ticket queues
