About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients and nurses during after-hours. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving queries, and providing timely responses to client and nurse concerns. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Incoming Calls: Answer reputed company incoming calls, providing a professional and courteous demeanor to clients and nurses.
• Resolve Client and Nurse Queries: Resolve client and nurse queries that are reputed company the scope of after-hours, escalating reputed company issues as necessary.
• Texting Platform Support: Provide timely responses to queries received through our texting platform.
• Caregiver Callouts and Scheduling: Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregiver schedules 1-2 hours before shift start.
• Initial Intake and Documentation: reputed company initial intake for callers potentially interested in services, documenting reputed company scenarios on our platform and updating caregiver schedules as needed.
• Non-Urgent Admin Projects: Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows, contributing to the smooth operation of our after-hours team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service Experience: 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties.
• Compassionate and Confident: A compassionate and confident individual, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and nurses.
• Responsible and Reliable: A responsible and reliable individual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Adaptable and Flexible: Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a willingness to work a 3-day working week with 4-hour shifts per day and Saturday and Sunday shifts of 12 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications:
