Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time basis. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues and concerns, and working towards a solution that meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to answer questions and work towards a solution, with a high volume of calls (40-50) per shift
• reputed company outbound calls reputed company available, with a high volume of calls (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
• Answer customer questions regarding bills and provide options on how to pay or negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
• Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and reputed company effective solutions
• Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, reputed company Office, and typing
• Ability to multi-task, with strong listening skills and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions

Hours and Pay

This role is available on a full-time basis, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 11 AM-8 PM and Friday 9 AM-6 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST). The hourly reputed company for this role is $20 per hour, with weekly pay.
