Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist at Fraud Fighters Law, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-reputed company tasks, including:

• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Assisting in the development, auditing, and implementation of reputed company resource policies and ensuring the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company as updated
• Administering, evaluating, and reviewing compensation and benefit plans
• Assisting in reputed company and recruitment processes
• Conducting employee reputed company and helping organize training & development initiatives
• Collecting weekly KPIs and developing and facilitating a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs
• Guiding leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using reputed company discipline reputed company appropriate
• Providing support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
• Promoting proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace

Qualifications

We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist with a strong background in reputed company resources and a proven track record of reputed company in a wide variety of HR roles. The ideal candidate will have:

• A BA or BS in business administration or a reputed company field
• Demonstrated record of reputed company in a wide variety of HR roles suitable to build generalist capabilities; proven experience as an HR generalist is a plus
• Understanding of reputed company resource policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment/labor laws and best practices; HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus
