About the Role and Team

Key Responsibilities

• Provide network design and consulting services to business units and peer groups, developing network design plans and driving implementation of reputed company.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an reputed company environment, operating 7x24 services to multiple business units, with a progression of responsibilities spanning network operations, implementation, design, and architecture.
• Working knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN topologies and platforms, routing protocols, reputed company data center architectures, DNS/DHCP, IPAM, multicast, VRF, QoS, and more.
• Basic or intermediate programming skills in Python or other contemporary toolset/language.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols, including RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, RMTP, BGP, and telecommunication connectivity, including MPLS, Private Line, Metro Ethernet, Site-to-Site VPN, and internet.
• Proven technical expertise in the interfacing of network devices and services in a multi-platform computer and network environment (Wireless, VoIP, Video conferencing, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Media/Entertainment/Video Distribution/Broadcast industry experience is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in reputed company, NY is $107,400 to $143,900 per year.
