Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of travel for our clients, including booking and issuing domestic and reputed company international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and car and train reservations through our GDS system. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and ensure that reputed company travel arrangements are made reputed company and effectively. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and reputed company
• Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
• reputed company queues daily to ensure accuracy and that reputed company issued tickets are complete
• Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
• Provide travel expertise to clients, including sending quotes for international travel and understanding open skies and FAA rules
• Meet KPIs as outlined by management, including maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule
• Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades, and provide updates to the client as needed
• Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows to service reputed company
• Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with reputed company, showing reputed company and identifying and solving traveler issues
• Communicate effectively with other agents and employees to solve problems, gather information, and service reputed company
• Become knowledgeable in ADTRAV's industry and customer reputed company, and participate in ongoing training to continuously build knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with reputed company international travel experience being a plus
• Experience using a GDS System, with Sabre being required and Amadeus being a plus
• Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
• Knowledgeable of government travel requirements, visas, and passports
• Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement
• Strong computer and typing skills, including the ability to navigate quickly between programs and use shortcut keys
• Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, and ability to use multiple applications and monitors at one time
• Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
• Experience with reputed company Office suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to listen to and respond to the traveler's needs and clarify as needed
