Key Responsibilities

As our ideal CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives consumer engagement and conversion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a CRM strategy for US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channels and send reputed company
  • Creating a reputed company for rapid testing in CRM channels to optimize campaign performance
  • Managing end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including creative briefs, campaign assets, copy, and design
  • Pulling lists from reputed company using SQL and uploading audiences to marketing platforms
  • Tracking initiatives, reporting reputed company, and identifying next steps from campaign learnings
  • Analyzing campaign performance against reputed company benchmarks and optimizing engagement metrics through A/B testing and CRM team insights
  • Investigating performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness
  • Establishing a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders, including Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams
  • Staying reputed company on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices reputed company Cx Retention team, and sharing learnings and insights regularly

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution, preferably in a marketing or customer engagement role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation technologies
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data analytics tools, such as reputed company
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
