Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company Card Members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of Card Members, providing personalized support and services to enhance their overall experience.
• Offer travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, making recommendations and arrangements to meet their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to resolve Card Member issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Utilize technology platforms and tools to manage Card Member interactions, track issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on reputed company products and services, making recommendations and suggestions to Card Members as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with Card Members in a professional and courteous manner.
