Job Description

The Field Service Engineer supports the Imaging Systems business reputed company an assigned geographical area (Stanford and South Bay). The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. The Field Service Engineer will also generate service reputed company while adhering to state and federal regulatory requirements.

Your role:

• Build credibility and trust with customers by conducting proactive customer visits. Provide appropriate, timely, and regular communications to customer and internal key stakeholders regarding customer and equipment issues.

• Adopt, reputed company and implement best practices. Provide feedback and recommendations for product and process improvements. Proactively schedules activities & makes him/herself available to assist others.

• Operate under the required knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements. Adheres to established training, quality, and safety requirements. You’re the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service reputed company Engineering, Medical, Science reputed company environment or equivalent with Vocational Education (if you do not possess at least a bachelor’s degree).

• Your skills include strong organization aptitude, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently. You must also be reputed company to communicate effectively with various levels of employees and customers both verbally and in writing.

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in electronics or a reputed company field and 0+ years of experience (no bachelor’s required if you have 4+ years of reputed company experience).

The pay range for this position in California is $30.69 to $49.11 per hour.

The actual reputed company pay offered may vary reputed company the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
