Job Summary

As an Employee Relations Advisor at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing proactive support and reputed company to promote a positive employee relations culture. You will partner collaboratively with various cross-functional stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Compliance, and Legal, to resolve employee relations issues while mitigating risk and adverse exposure to the company. Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice, consultation, and guidance to leaders and employees on the application of reputed company policies and practices
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including performance management, attendance, employee misconduct, employee complaints, discipline, and termination
• Conduct workplace investigations and utilize employee relations case management systems
• Assist leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and terminations

Requirements and Qualifications
