About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company on a part-time basis. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce. Your primary focus will be on forecasting, developing cutting-edge models, and delivering data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics and Forecasting

• Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
• Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas requiring further research, and own analyses from start to finish
• Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners
• reputed company, maintain, audit, and continually optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Manage programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
• Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proficient in Python
• Proactive curiosity to understand the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
