Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every caller has a positive experience and that their issues are resolved reputed company and effectively.
• Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company an Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) to access our systems and provide support to our members and providers.
• Participating in a comprehensive training program, which includes an initial six-week training schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday), to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
• Working from home, with the ability to commute to our office in Charleston, WV, reputed company necessary, due to prolonged technical problems or other requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working remotely in a call center setting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
