Position Overview: General Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an reputed company General Warehouse Associate to join reputed company on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule. This role is essential to our operations, as you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, reputed company your skills, and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick parts in an assigned zone quickly and accurately to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Inspect and receive product, prepackage it for bin/emergency stock, and inspect quality before prepackaging.
• reputed company packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, boxing product, and preparing it for shipping.
• Assemble cables and battery packs, cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities, and reputed company other reputed company tasks.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests.
• Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors, update inventory stock levels, and reputed company inventory counts as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly in the electronics industry.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and an industry-leading benefits package. Our compensation includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment. We also provide a flexible schedule with various shift options, including:

• 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

During the first two weeks of training, your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
