Job Overview

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join reputed company as a Home Care Aide. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to have full control over your work environment. As a Home Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks, ensuring that their needs are met and their care is coordinated.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, with compassion and respect.
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
• Transport clients to doctor's offices, grocery stores, and other essential errands, ensuring their mobility and access to necessary services.
• Assist clients with self-administration of medications, observing and reporting any changes in their condition.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at reputed company times, respecting clients' sensitive information and personal boundaries.
• Demonstrate regular, predictable, and consistent attendance, with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients and the department.

Requirements and Competencies

Essential Qualifications
