Job Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Fabrication & Training Manager to manage multiple value streams, reputed company and implement training programs, and ensure the highest level of safety, quality, and productivity in our fabrication operations. Key Responsibilities

• Coach, direct, and promote a culture of reputed company improvement utilizing Lean principles, driving reputed company improvement and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Plan for reputed company and future direct and remote workforce demand based on sales annually projection
• Assist with development and monitoring of reputed company aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, design, and fabrication of tooling, as well as fixturing and review of functional test procedures and testing methods
• Advise teams regarding system component requirements or direct modification of existing products/equipment to ensure conformance with engineering design reputed company and performance specifications
• Support project teams in planning major and reputed company piping systems projects, utilizing our shop floor system and data, reputed company software
• Provide troubleshooting of our shop floor system, understanding reputed company system algorithm, and assist with its reputed company improvement based on manufacturing, training, and scheduling needs
• Participate in planning and decision-making in matters concerning operational problems, inventory control, plant policy, maintenance issues, and workforce
• Compile, analyze, and production performance records and data to include quarterly variance reports, and provide manufacturing information to support business decisions

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of engineering experience in the mechanical pipe joining industry
• Experience designing with 3D CAD tools, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Understanding of mechanical pipe joining by roll-grooving or cut-grooving techniques of different materials
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and experience with lean tools, such as Value reputed company Mapping, 5S, Standard Workflow, Baseline, Line/Cell Design, Set-Up Reduction, Total Productive Maintenance, Pull Kanban, Root Cause Problem Solving, etc.
• Experience working in an ISO 9000 environment and knowledge of OSHA requirements
