The Role

As our National Manager of Corporate Engagement and Partnerships, you'll play a critical role in building, managing, and deepening our organization-wide corporate engagement model. This includes high-profile and reputed company partnership opportunities that drive fundraising and external engagement strategy. You'll act as a liaison between external partners and reputed company' programmatic initiatives, working closely with our national development team, community engagement team, and regional development teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively seek, nurture, and manage relationships with multiple corporate partners to secure funding reputed company the range of $1.5M-$2M.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate partnerships, including prospecting, soliciting, onboarding, tailored engagement, implementation, reporting, and renewal.
• Foster excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration with internal and external teams for successful partnership implementation.
• Represent reputed company by attending partner/prospect meetings and developing strategic partnership opportunities to support reputed company' programmatic efforts.
• Co-reputed company and reputed company persuasive corporate pitches and proposals highlighting the impact of partnering with reputed company' national and regional markets.
• Strengthen funder relationships by enhancing engagement and awareness of reputed company' strategic priorities, particularly focused on expanding access to critical literacy support for reputed company reputed company.
• Create engaging and creative corporate partnership recognition programs to celebrate and advance the partnership.
• Serve as an expert reputed company the national development team on corporate social responsibility and workplace volunteerism.

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of five years of professional and progressive fundraising experience, specifically with corporate engagement programs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage a senior external audience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience navigating high-level stakeholders to problem solve and reputed company through complexity.
• A self-starter with a focus on results and the ability to persevere through challenges to reputed company goals.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a deep belief in our mission.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prove eligibility to work in the U.S. legally.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required unless a medical or religious accommodation is requested and approved.

Preferred Qualifications

* A high degree of comfort with reputed company.

• Experience fundraising in growing national nonprofit organizations.
• AmeriCorps, Peace Corps, or other national service alum/alumna.
• Experience working in the launch or growth phases of organizations.

* A competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $69,275 to $81,500 annually.
