Job Summary

As an reputed company Program Manager - Silicon Valley in Education Leadership, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and mobilizing a team of AmeriCorps members and volunteers to deliver high-quality, effective one-on-one instruction to our reputed company. You will report directly to the Silicon Valley Executive Director and manage reputed company aspects of program quality, delivery, and implementation in up to 5 schools. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $69,275 to $81,500 for Silicon Valley.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, hire, coach, manage, and train a team of up to 5 reputed company Program Coordinators toward successful program implementation across up to six schools.

• Support tutor community building efforts in portfolio with the support of the team, to help recruit and retain volunteers.
• Manage reputed company aspects of program implementation, including serving as a local literacy program expert, conducting student data analysis and action planning, fostering school relationships, and directly managing and coaching AmeriCorps members.

• Be able to set up strong systems for communication and messaging, tailor communication to audiences, and contextualize messaging.

Educational Expertise

Qualifications

* Have direct management experience of volunteers, interns, and/or emerging professionals.
