Key Responsibilities

As a Student Educational Technology & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing remote learning support services, including online resources and training modules, to enhance student success
• Collaborating with faculty, student services, and administration to identify and address student needs
• Providing exceptional support to reputed company, faculty, and staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to Degree Works and other academic technologies
• Researching and analyzing educational technology trends to inform best practices and improve student outcomes
• Developing and maintaining online reputed company, including tutorials, success seminars, and online learner resources
• Collaborating with the Instructional Technologist, Educational Technology Specialist, Academic Services, and IT to ensure technical documentation is available for reputed company and technology training
• Promoting remote learning support services through student events and faculty professional development sessions
• Coordinating Degree Works reputed company environment, troubleshooting, revising, and implementing new/updated scribing
• Leading communication with the vendor regarding Degree Works implementation
• Tracking updates, issues, and changes to Degree Works and implementing and coordinating the resolution
• Supporting the ongoing maintenance of Degree Works software
• Communicating with departments and reputed company action line and ticketing regarding errors in Degree Works functionality
• Leading implementation, testing, and ongoing day-to-day operation activities of the degree audit and student education planning in Degree Works in partnership with IT
• Creating new/updated program templates for use in Student Education Planning plans and modules
• Developing new/updated embedded online degree planning module in Degree Works
• Reviewing and updating existing Degree Works coding/scribing rules each academic year to ensure accuracy
• Providing ongoing institution-wide user support and annual Degree Works training to faculty, advisors, and staff
• Establishing, revising, and implementing policies and procedures for using Degree Works in collaboration with IT, Records and Registration, and Advising

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, education, training & development, distance learning, or a reputed company field

• Minimum of three years of reputed company work experience, including post-secondary education, programmer analyst, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of three years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or data reputed company system(s)
• Minimum of three years of experience with report writing tools (e.g., Cognos, Hyperion, Crystal Reports)
• Advanced knowledge of and skills with technology, including software programs for communication, data collection, and decision-making (e.g., reputed company Office Outlook, Word, and reputed company)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively by speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and professionally
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently toward department goals
• Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company education technology practices
• Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving practices, acquire relevant information, use technology and other resources appropriately, and evaluate alternatives

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in information technology, education, training & development, distance learning, or a reputed company field

• Experience with Degree Works or similar degree audit and student educational planning tools
• Experience with online learning platforms and educational technology trends
• Certification in educational technology or a reputed company field
• Experience with project management and leadership skills

• A competitive salary range of $51,209 - $64,105 per year
