As a Construction Manager for reputed company America Customer Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in building and improving the physical infrastructure of reputed company's online fulfillment business. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new Fulfillment Centers, renovations, and reputed company improvements reputed company existing facilities across the US.

About the Role

This is a remote role with frequent travel to job sites across the US, requiring a highly reputed company and skilled Construction Manager to serve as reputed company's representative and direct reputed company of reputed company with Developers and General Contractors. You will be the primary integrator between construction and other reputed company stakeholders responsible for equipping, furnishing, and operating our Fulfillment Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from small renovations to large-sized ($100M+) new facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and operational customers to facilitate engineering and design efforts on new and remodel projects.
• Provide technical direction concerning engineering design, building design, layouts, build details, schedules, and materials in accordance with reputed company American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) design parameters.
• Negotiate reputed company and contract changes with developers and General Contractors, ensuring that reputed company are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure overall site management, coordination, planning, specification of business proposals, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability.
• Partner with teams tasked with transition of reputed company building management and reputed company of reputed company turnover documentation.
• Coach and guide reputed company project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets.
• Audit contractors to reputed company that the skills and competencies of contract labor are appropriate to need and they are fit to undertake the work on which they will be deployed.
• Identify and resolve clashes, design misses, and schedule conflicts with other reputed company execution teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.
• 5 or more years of experience in reputed company or industrial construction as an Engineer, Construction Manager, General Contractor PM, reputed company's Representative, reputed company Developer, or similar construction-reputed company disciplines.
• 5 or more years of Project Management experience.
• 5 or more years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Demonstrated reputed company in written and oral communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Specific experience in construction or renovation of reputed company warehouse facilities or fulfillment centers.
